Gift wrapping and packaging
For paintings, your item will come in a plastic sealed bubble wrapped envelope that has a piece of cardboard in it, to ensure that your purchased item does not fold. The plastic sealed envelope, that has the cardboard and your purchased item, will come in a self sealed padded envelope.
For Custom Pet Ornament orders, your item will be wrapped in tissue paper that comes in a plastic sealed bubble wrapped envelope.
My item came damaged
BristlesandDesign does not accept returns or complete refunds, but if your item arrives to you damaged (folded with a crease, water damage, ripped, punctured), contact me through Etsy and we can arrange an exchange.
